Extracts Online Limited aims to deliver a prompt and complete service to its customers. Our online shopping system provides a secure shopping environment. All confidential details are protected by 128bit SSL security.

Prices on the website are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services tax (GST). GST is deducted for overseas orders. We endeavour to provide accurate pricing in all cases however in the event that there has been a mistake or events outside our control have required a change we reserve the right to alter the price for any reason. For heavy parcels a surcharge may apply. In either event we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Extracts orders sent by courier within New Zealand are normally delivered within 7 days. For orders posted outside New Zealand delivery times may vary.

Delivery Costs

• New Zealand: Orders under $60 - $6.00
• New Zealand: Orders over $60 - FREE
• Australia: $13.00 - $30.00
• North America, Korea and Japan: $25.00 - $50.00
• UK, Europe and Rest of World: $30.00 - $70.00

These charges are added during the checkout process. Overseas delivery costs are calculated by weight.

Products that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost to you. Email us at service@extracts.co.nz if you have any questions or concerns.

We do not pass personal information on to third parties and will update or remove your information on request. We also provide a facility in the My Account section to allow you to maintain your own information.
